Taylor got his start with KW back in 2012 were he worked in marketing and training for the largest Market Center in the North Central Region. He quickly gravitated towards leadership roles within KW and took the opportunity to become the MCA for a re-launching Market Center towards the end of 2012. In just a few short years they were able to grow the Burnsville - Southern Twin Cities Market Center from 30 agents to 140 agents and have since become one of the largest real estate brokerages in Minnesota. Since then Taylor has grown his own personal business by obtaining his Real Estate License to further his knowledge in the industry and help clients achieve their goals in home ownership. He has a passion for technology and loves assisting his fellow real estate agents increase their business by implementing the KW tools, models, and systems. As a MAPS Mastery coaching client, Taylor has developed more interest in helping other MCA's with their role. Weather that's helping a new MCA develop best practices or masterminding with top MCA's from around the country, he's always interested in collaborating to further other's knowledge and his own.
